Current prices are listed against items on the site. At the moment we are operating in the financial Stone Age and can only accept cheques, postal orders, cash etc. We can accept BACS transfers and we hope to be able to take PayPal in the near(ish) future.
Prices are for collection from the studio or at one of our many, and diverse, show events.
If this is not convenient, we can dispatch orders by Royal Mail at cost, which is usually very good value. We will let you know the total cost when you place your order.
Whilst we are always happy to exchange or refund any item in the unlikely event that it is faulty, we cannot refund delivery charges, or return costs, if the item is as described. Please contact us if you would like to return any item for any reason and we will do our best to help out. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund commissioned pieces, and this is why we ask you to check any design proofs very carefully!
Please allow at least two weeks from placing your order to anticipating delivery - we do get very busy sometimes and Postman Pat may take his time!
