Our second trip to Cowslips Workshops on the edge of Launceston and another cracking show. This time the weather was a bit more clement - none of the icey blasts of last year. This 3 day show is off the beaten track and hardly advertised at all but it is still very popular - showing again that some of the panic about the UK economy is misplaced. This year we also had the dubious pleasure of spending a day in the company of Kirsty Allsorts who was filming her Handmade Crimbo show - they didn't film us (if you see the show, we are just to the left of the chocolate-making demo...) 'cos we were 'too professional' - sounds like a good thing to me! The star herself didn't come to see the Otter, so she doesn't know what she missed, but plenty of other customers meant that the Otter will now be working to the wee small hours to refill the stall for our next show.
