Our first trip to Blackthorpe Barns, just west of Bury St Edmunds. A really professionally run show with a great atmosphere and a great audience (a total contrast to our recent experience at Cressing Temple only a few miles distant). Lots of new exhibitors for us to meet, as well as some old friends. All the work of a very high standard, which was carefully policed by Katie and George. Everyone understood the whole 'designer/maker' ethos and there was some serious Christmas shopping taking place. Great to chat to lots of people who hadn't seen our work before and I hope we will be able to return next year. A shame we couldn't stay for more of the 5 weekends.
